TL;DR - Occupation is an Aussie take on the Alien Invasion genre, with a fantastic setup and ending. Occupation is an Australian science fiction action film, directed and written by Luke Sparke, with additional dialogue by Felix Williamson. The film was produced by Carly and Carmel Imrie, of SparkeFilms. Occupation accomplishes the previously unthinkable: an alien invasion film that makes Independence Day look. If only the rest of the movie was at his standard. Obviously produced on a modest budget, the effects aren't too bad.
